Delivery, payment & return

Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
Clients are kindly asked to provide accurate delivery details; we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Transactions are processed securely through certified payment providers.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be in preparation or transit.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Made-to-measure and bespoke creations are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at the client’s expense unless the piece is faulty or damaged.
